What materials are the watches made from?

Every Verano watch uses 316L stainless steel for the case and bracelet, mineral glass crystal, and a quartz movement. Built to last and look good doing it.

Are the watches waterproof?

Our watches are water resistant up to 30 meters, which covers everyday splashes and rain. We don't recommend swimming or showering with them on.

How long does shipping take?

Standard US shipping takes 5–10 business days. All orders include free standard shipping.

Can I return my watch?

Yes. We offer free 30-day returns on all orders. Email hello@veranowatches.com with your order number to get started.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us.

What if my watch arrives damaged?

Email us at hello@veranowatches.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the US only. International shipping is on the roadmap.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Email us at hello@veranowatches.com as soon as possible. We can make changes or cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment.
